Welcome to Admas Academy! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Admas Academy website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use Admas Academy, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Not be barred from using online services under any applicable laws.

2. Services Overview

Admas Academy offers live and online courses, workshops, and Question&Answer sessions. Services may be provided by third-party tutors under agreement with Admas Academy.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • You may not share your account or access credentials with others.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees for tutoring sessions and subscriptions maybe listed on our platform and are subject to be updated as needed.

  • Payments must be made via approved payment methods.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course start date and does not apply to the registration fees paid to process your enrollment. Moreover, payments made for enrollment in workshops are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate tutors, staff, or other users.

  • Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

  • Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or offensive material.

  • Record or share tutoring sessions without express consent.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content on Admas Academy (videos, lesson plans, software, branding) is owned or licensed by Admas Academy.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

  • You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant us a license to use it in connection with providing our Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or our policies. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee improvements in academic performance.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admas Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the country of Uganda.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or within the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
